Every time you finish a bag of our hay, save the empty plastic packaging. Once you’ve collected 20 used Global Pet Food & Nutrition bags, you can mail them back to us. In return, you’ll receive a unique 15% OFF discount code to use on your next order.

It’s our way of giving a little back—to you and the environment.

📦 What You Need to Do

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Save Your Bags
    Rinse out and dry each empty hay bag. We accept bags from any size—5 lb, 10 lb, 20 lb, and sampler packs all count.

  2. Collect 20 Bags
    Once you have 20 clean, used Global Pet Food & Nutrition bags, you’re ready to send them in.

  3. Mail Them to Us
    Package the bags in a shipping box or envelope. Please include a note with:

    Your full name,

    The email address associated with your customer account

    A note that says “Recycle Program”

  4. Get Your Discount
    Once we receive and verify your shipment, we’ll email you a 15% off discount code within 3–5 business days.

❓ Do the bags have to be perfectly clean?

No need to scrub or rinse them, but please remove leftover hay or debris before mailing.

❓ Can I combine bags from different products?

Yes! You can mix any size or type of Global Pet Food & Nutrition hay packaging.

❓ Can I send in more than 20 at once?

Absolutely! Every 20 bags = one 15% discount code. Send 40 bags, get two codes. 🎉

❓ Can I reuse the discount code more than once?

Each code is single-use and applies to one order only—but there’s no limit to how many codes you can earn over time.
